1st DAY: REGIONAL PARK OF MAREMMA

Arrival of the group in late morning in Alberese for the visit of Maremma Park a territory that extends for about 25 km along the Tuscany Coast, and it consists in several hills descending to the sea with sandy beaches and high cliffs, surrounded by swamps, pinewoods, cultivated fields and pastures. The group can admire the sweet part and at the same time the wild part. Lunch in restaurant with light menu with typical products (if reserved). In the afternoon, transfer to “Centro Visite di Alberese”, meeting with the guide and begin of the visit of the beautiful Natural Park. Along the road of the farms, that crossed the area of the pastures, it is possible to see the herds of cattle and Maremma horses, living in the wild. Proceeding by the cycle path, until the ”Pineta Granducale”, continuing to “Bocca d’Ombrone” and admiring the pinewood and the marshy area until the mouth of the river. In the late afternoon return to the hotel, dinner and overnight. Return to Alberese, transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner and overnight.

2nd DAY: ISLE OF GIGLIO

After breakfast transfer to Porto Santo Stefano and depart to the isle of Giglio. After about one hour of navigation, the group will arrive at “Giglio Porto” and meet the guide (if reserved). Departure by bike to Giglio Campese, that is one of the most visited tourist places thanks to the beautiful sandy beaches and the Medici Tower. The excursion will proceed to “Giglio Castello“ which is the enchanted “medieval jewel”, with the narrow alleys and the arches rich with flowers. Lunch in restaurant with light fish menu (if reserved). In the afternoon, visit of “Giglio Porto” which is a cute little marine village. Departure to Porto Santo Stefano. Transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

3rd DAY: ORBETELLO LAGUNA OF LEVANTE

After breakfast meeting with the guide and departure to Orbetello. The excursion starts from Porto Santo Stefano, along the cycle path on the strip of land that divides the two lagoons of West and East. After the dam, turn to Porto Ercole and proceed until “Casa del Corpo Forestale dello Stato”. Continuing for the unpaved path in the centre of “Tombolo della Feniglia”, along the main road to the lagoon. Reached the “Casa del Corpo Forestale dello Stato” the road is asphalted and proceeding on the left. After “Tagliata Etrusca”, turning right along the rise (2 km) to reach the ruins and the Archaeological Museum “di Cosa”. Return by the same road until the crossway nearby the canal “Tagliata Etrusca”. From here proceeding on the right, without crossing the bridge of the railway, then turn left on the pedestrian and cycle path. Going around the closed gate, continuing on “Via di Camerette” until the second gate and then until a big crossway to take the cycle path until Orbetello. Return in the hotel for lunch, or lunch in restaurant (if reserved). End of services.
