1st DAY: Piombino, Portoferraio

Arrival of the group in the afternoon or evening at the port of Piombino. Start of our services. Boarding operations for the Island of Elba. After approximately one hour the ferry arrives in Portoferraio. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay. 

2nd DAY: Marciana Marina, Marina di Campo, Porto Azzurro

After breakfast, meeting with the guide for the full day service. The morning is dedicated to the natural beauties and villages of the island. With little stops along the way, the tour follows the itinerary: Procchio, Paolina Island, Marciana Marina with a stop at the port which is dominated by a “Pisan” Tower of the XII century. It is possible to visit the perfume laboratories of "Acqua dell'Elba” where perfumes are made with flowers and plants exclusively picked from the island. The tour continues to Marina di Campo, passing through Procchio, Marmi, the Airport or through Poggio, Marciana Alta, Sant'Andrea, Chiessi, Pomonte, Fetovaia, Cavoli. Free time for lunch or lunch in a restaurant (if reserved). In the afternoon, departure to Porto Azzurro. Optionally the group can stop at “Le Grotte” and visit the ruins of the old villa from the imperial roman age (to be reserved, with supplement). Arrival in Porto Azzurro, a nice village dominated by the Spanish Fort “San Giacomo” which today hosts only prisoners, and walk through the historic centre and the beautiful promenade. After that, the group may stop on a farm for a tasting of typical D.O.C. wines (to be reserved, with supplement). Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay. 

3rd DAY: Portoferraio, Rio Marina

After breakfast, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure to Portoferraio, ancient town enclosed by remarkable and impressive forts. Visit of the winter residence of Napoleon, "Villa Dei Mulini” and the historic centre. If there is enough time, they can visit “Le Fortezze”, the Civic Archaeological Museum, the Church of “Misericordia" or “Pinacoteca Foresiana”. Alternatively, visit of the summer residence of Napoleon, Villa San Martino. Free time for lunch or lunch in a restaurant (if reserved). After lunch departure to Rio Marina and optional visit of the Mineral Museum of the island with the possibility of reserving a guided tour of the Parco Minerario (to be reserved, with supplement). A walk along the promenade until reaching the tower of Rio Marina where, weather permitting, the islands of Cerboli, Palmaiola and the Tuscan coast can be seen. Visit of the oratory of San Rocco (XVI). Returning to the hotel for dinner and for the night. 

4th DAY: Capoliveri

After breakfast, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure to Capoliveri, ancient medieval village, located on the top of a hill. The town develops around the main square, in a plot of alleyways, called “chiassi” which characterise the picturesque districts, called “Rioni.” Visit of the village. At the end, departure to the port of Portoferraio, boarding operations and departure for Piombino. End of our services.
