1st DAY: MASSA MARITTIMA
Arrival in Massa Marittima in the late morning. This very interesting town that belongs to the metal bearing hills and is well-known for its history and environment. Begin of the services. Time will be given for lunch or lunch can be arranged in a restaurant (if reserved). In the afternoon, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and visit of the old town: the wonderful Garibaldi Square with its irregular forms is a major attraction as well as the notorious cathedral of “San Cerbone”, the Archaeological Museum, the antique “Olive-Press”, the Museum of Mineral History and Art and the Tower of Chandelier. Transfer to the hotel (area of Maremma), dinner and an overnight stay.
2nd DAY: ISOLA DEL GIGLIO
After breakfast transfer to Porto Santo Stefano and depart to the Isle of Giglio. After about one hour of navigation, the group will arrive at “Giglio Porto” and meet the guide (if reserved). The group will proceed to Giglio Campese by bus (if reserved). Giglio Campese is one of the most visited tourist places thanks to the beautiful sandy beaches and the Medici Tower. The excursion will proceed to “Giglio Castello“ which is the enchanted “medieval jewel”, with the narrow alleys and the arches rich with flowers. Time for lunch will be given or lunch can be organized in a restaurant (if reserved). In the afternoon, visit of “Giglio Porto” which is a cute little marine village. Departure to Porto Santo Stefano. Transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
3rd DAY: ARGENTARIO
After breakfast, departure to Orbetello. Meeting with the tour guide (if reserved) and visit of the area of the “Monte Argentario”. An ancient island, that thanks to two tongues of land has turned into a promontory, famous for the wild beauties and rocks that sink into the deep blue sea. It is possible to visit the highlights of this peninsula. Lunch is at group's leisure or lunch in a restaurant (if reserved). End of services.
