On the Isle of Elba the cuisine is genuine and based on fish, meat, and vegetables spiced with typical herbs from this region. The cakes are simple but very tasty. The Isle of Elba preserves a long tradition in the production of making wines. The red and white wines are classic local wines. The “Procanico” (white wine) is perfect for fish entrees while the “Sangioveto” (red wine) is more for rich meat entrees. The “Aleatico” and the “Moscato” are the sweet liquors, excellent on desserts.
We designed a particular program that provides rich menus ideal for any food lover. Our restaurants are pre-selected and trustworthy, they offer appetizers with fish, entrees that include grilled fresh fish or meat, side dishes grown in this region and cakes typical of the “Elban” traditions. All this topped with classic wines of Elba.
This program of 3 days/2nights are booked with half boards but lunches can be reserved at great local restaurants while attending excursions. Restaurants provide typical meals cooked from ancient recipes. A great alternative for real Food Lovers!!!
