1st DAY: Nuoro, Lollove, Orosei

Excursion: 3 hours ca. – Difficulty Level: Medium

Arrival in Olbia in the morning and transfer to Nuoro. Lunch in the restaurant (if reserved). In the early afternoon, meeting with the trekking guide (if reserved) and departure to the small town of Lollove, a little medieval village about 18 km away from Nuoro. The centre of the town is characterized of antiques houses where even today some families of shepherd are living. Visit of the little gothic Church of the Maddalena. It is nice to visit the town by foot and observing in silence what travellers had to feel the XIX century. In the late afternoon check-in at the hotel in Orosei, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd DAY: Valle di Lanaittu, Monte Tiscali

Excursion: 7 hours – Difficulty Level: Medium

After breakfast, picking up the lunch from the hotel (if reserved), meeting with the trekking guide (if reserved) and departure to the wide valley of Lanaittu. Crossing the long flat stretch, the group arrives to the refuge of " Sa Oche". In proximity of the refuge, it is possible to visit the "Nuragico" sanctuary of "Sas Carros", where the "Fonte Sacra di Carros" can be visited. After a steep climb towards the highest part of the Curtigia di Tiscali, they reach the path that runs along the outer edge of the valley. Here the group will continue trekking on the border of a mountain edge (70 meters deep) where they arrive at a crater, where there was a village called "Tiscali" and today it is possible to see only its ruins. The group will visit them. In the late afternoon, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd DAY : Cala Fuili, Cala Luna

Excursion: 7 hours – Difficulty Level: Medium

After breakfast, picking up the lunch from the hotel (if reserved) and meeting with the trekking guide (if reserved). Then the group will depart for a full-day excursion to Cala Fuili, situated with a wonderful scenery of the gulf of Orosei on the east side of the island. This path is probably the most fascinating and interesting of Sardinia which is nominated "Sentiero Basso"; it overlooks the sea and with its steps will descend just few meters away Cala Fuili, and continues until the crossway to "Grotte del Bue Marino". Break for lunch. From here the group will begin inclining and trekking on the path where it is visible and marked. After passing an immense valley the path begins to descend over the slope of Toddeitto. The group will go to "Gola di Oddana". Into the woods of junipers, the group will go to the north side of "Frunco Nieddu", which is ca. 100 meters above sea level. The hill will descend very quickly till "Codula di Luna". Returning in the afternoon to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

4th DAY: Su Gorroppu

Excursion: 7 hours – Difficulty Level: Medium

After breakfast, picking up the "packed lunch" (if reserved) and meeting with the trekking guide (if reserved). Departure for a full-day excursion discovering the fascinating “Gola di Gorroppu”, which is the second highest and longest gorge in Europe (height of 494 meters, length of 5 km) and it is also known as the "Grand Canyon of Europe". From the bridge of "Sa Brava" the group will continue on a path which will arrive of the entrance of "Monte Oddeu" (in ca. 2 hours) near the river "Flumineddu". Once the path is finished the group will walk along the right wall of the mountain, until the access of the gorge. Break to enjoy the enchanting nature and have lunch. In the late afternoon returning to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

5th DAY: Oasis of Biderosa

Excursion: 3 hours – Difficulty Level: Medium

After breakfast, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure for a half-day excursion in the Oasis of Biderosa, located in the north-eastern part of the territory. It extends for 400 hectares, with charming green pine trees, secular junipers, magnificent granite rocks and Mediterranean wild spots. This is a long stretch of fine sand that comprehend 5 uncontaminated beaches alternated by prominent promontories that give to this coastline a unique, natural value. For the visit of the park it is necessary to have a particular permit. Free time for lunch, or lunch in restaurant (if reserved) and transfer to the port of Olbia to board the ferry. End of services.
