1st DAY: La Maddalena, Costa Smeralda

Arrival in Olbia in the morning, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure to Palau. Boarding process to reach La Maddalena. Continuing to Caprera where it is possible to visit the house of Giuseppe Garibaldi. After the visit, panoramic tour of La Maddalena, with its coves and small beaches and a walk through the small ways of the historic centre. Lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon visit to the marvellous Costa Smeralda. Visit of Porto Cervo, touristic centre famous in the world and visit of Baia Sardinia.  Accommodation in the Hotel in the area of Palau or Santa Teresa di Gallura, dinner and overnight.

2nd DAY: Barbagia, Mamoiada, Orgosolo, Supramonte, Oristano

After breakfast, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure for visiting the inner part of the Island. Visit of the famous Barbagia region, a fascinating area in the heart of Sardinia and for many reasons the most famous and admired territory of the area particularly for its human and natural environment. Stop in Mamoiada and visit of the “Museo delle Maschere”, which is a unique example in Europe for the ancient customs linked to the agro-pastoral cycle, with the exposition of wooden masques, sheep and mutton’s leather jackets, and instruments to reproduce a stunning and ancestral sound. Continuing to Orgosolo, for visiting the famous "murales". Outdoor lunch with the shepherds in the forest of Supramonte with a typical menu of meat, cheese, salami and cookies and a folklore show (if reserved). In the afternoon, transfer to Oristano. Stop in Paulilatino to visit the “Pozzo Sacro di Santa Caterina”, a sanctuary of the Nuragic period, where the prehistorical communities gathered to worship the water, the symbol of life. Arrival at the hotel in Oristano area, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd DAY: Peninsula of Sinis, Bosa

After breakfast meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure to the Peninsula of Sinis, where the ancient punic-roman city of Tharros and the church of "San Giovanni del Sinis" are located. Time permitting the archaeological museum of Cabras can be visited. Lunch will be in a typical agricultural restaurant of the area (if reserved) to taste local specialities like "burrida" and "la fregola con le vongole", etc. In the afternoon, the group will depart to Bosa, a marine village born along the river of Temo. It is dominated by the castle "Malaspina", surrounded by medieval houses, and it is probably the most interesting town to visit. In the afternoon, transfer to Alghero which is located along the beautiful coastline. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel in the area of Alghero.

4th DAY: Alghero, Coral Coast, Castelsardo

After breakfast, meeting with the guide (if reserved) and departure to the beautiful "Riviera del Corallo" with stops on the promontory of Capo Caccia, the Island of Foradada, the nurage of "Palmavera", which is the most important of the north-west of Sardinia. Lunch in a restaurant with typical menu. In the afternoon, the group departs for Castelsardo which is located on the promontory along the Asinara Gulf. Then the charateristic ancient historical centre will be visited, with the remarkable artisan shops. Quick stop at the "Roccia dell'elefante". In the late afternoon, departure to Olbia, where the group will board on the ferry for the mainland. End of services.
